 Owner/Management Company Membership

An owner, management company, broker or locator who manages housing for themselves or for others in the following counties:

Bowie, Cass, Franklin, Morris, Red River,

and Titus


Basic Rate $125.00 + Rate Per Rental Dwelling $1.00

Membership Year starts on June 1st. All new memberships will pay a full year of membership up front and the second year of membership will be pro-rated.

Mail your membership application along with a check for your first year to: PO Box 1378, Texarkana, TX 75504

Your membership will be approved at our next scheduled board meeting. Please make sure your application and first year's dues arrive at least 5 days before the scheduled board meeting. Member benefits will begin after your membership approval.

Associate Membership


A vendor of goods and or services to the Texarkana Area Apartment Owners and Management Companies.
